An air of Paris
PERFUM. “The idea behind Poécile is to develop a fragrance that pays tribute to every landscape in France, so Paris was the obvious choice!” smiles Léa Chonier, the label's founder. To create the juice for Rose Lutèce, the young woman drew on her former life in “Lutèce” (the name of Paris before 310) - or rather, a kind of fantasy of living in the Capital. "This city represents two aspects for me. There's the gourmet side, in particular the art of breakfast: that's why there are notes of hot chocolate, croissant and baguette... without going overboard with the gourmet perfume! Secondly, the city symbolizes romance, here marked by rose and patchouli. It's like giving yourself a bouquet of flowers! Finally, sandalwood and leather in the base notes give body to the fragrance." And if you're not too keen on sniffing the capital, why not explore Léa's other French territories: the Auvergne, in the refreshing Eden Volcanique fragrance, with its notes of undergrowth, or Normandy, in the fruity Jardin Originel, the brand's latest addition! Bonus point: all Poécile fragrances have been preserved with organic wheat alcohol to respect the skin of users - and the environment. ES
