Return Policy

Each perfume is delivered with its sample (2ml size).

Don’t like the chosen perfume? Return it for free.

Once your order is delivered to your home, we accept returns within 14 days, provided the product is neither opened nor damaged. Please send us an email at hello@poecile.fr with the reason for your return, and we will send you a return label.

Conditions:

• The perfume box has not been opened and is in new condition.

• The return is made from mainland France.

• You received your order less than 14 days ago.

• Return shipping costs are covered only for mainland France.

Product exchanges are not possible; you must request a refund for your order and place a new one.

The discovery set is neither exchangeable nor refundable.
